Why should I choose Magnetic Memories?

We are a family owned and operated business located in Connecticut. We are passionate about photography and preserving and sharing those timeless keepsake memories.

What are the high quality materials used in making the products?

I use high quality photo paper to print your images onto & then a metal core backing to press your images onto with a mylar cover. I use editing to brighten your images to ensure they are clear & beautiful.

Can I order in bulk for special events or corporate gifting?

Absolutely! We offer bulk ordering options for special events, corporate gifting, or any other occasions. Please fill out our bulk order form with your requirements, and we will be happy to assist you with a personalized quote.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, it immediately goes into production. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. We recommend double-checking your personalization details before completing your purchase.

How do I opt out from having my order used for marketing or social media?

Your privacy is important to us.

If you do not want your order to be used in any promotional marketing such as social media posts, please fill out this form.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship domestically within the US via USPS.

How long does shipping take?

We do our best to process all orders the same business day and ship them the same day or the following morning. Typically it takes less than a week to receive your order within the USA.

How do I track my order?

Once you order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping during the Holidays?

Shipping during the holidays can be challenging due to increased mail volume, transportation provider closures, and office closures.

The holiday season is a peak period for mail volume, which can slow down delivery. 

To prepare for holiday shipping, you will want to place your order as soon as possible to allow extra time for shipping. 

Returns

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part. If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us at hello@magneticmemoriesllc.com within 7 days of receiving your package.

How long does it take to process my return?

If you need a replacement for a defective product, we will send a replacement free of charge. A refund will require the return of the products you want refunded.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the custom nature of the products.
